It is important for Mrad Electric Services Company, which is committed to Lot B3 in the South Region within the Service Providers Project for the benefit of the Electricity Corporation of Lebanon, to confirm that it and the Distribution Directorate of the Electricity Corporation are not responsible for the production of electricity and the setting of hours of power supply and rationing times.

Mrad Electrical Services Company is exclusively responsible for operating and maintaining the distribution network in the South. Its work includes customer service, developing and modernizing the network, collecting bills and maintaining faults on the medium-low voltage network.

The company's maintenance teams are also working to fix faults that are reported via the Call Center on 1597, immediately and in all regions of the South.
